There are two things you need in life: Vitamin C and, as of this moment, 'Film C'. I hope you will find it... educational.

I've just watched the first episode of the new 'Beauty and the Geek' on E4. I know it seems like this blog is starting to become a 'Beauty and the Geek' commentary, but this is important stuff. I thought the British version of the show was excellent and better than the current series running in the US. Though this is mainly because the women were more attractive. Unfortunately there is no website for the British show as of yet, so there are no pictures for comparrison for those of you who have not seen either show. Though, to be fair, if you havn't seen atleast one of them then you're doing something wrong.

I've also just noticed that a new series of the UK Apprentice will be starting on BBC 2 on 22nd February; which is something else to look forward to for those of you who, like myself, enjoy quality, thought-provoking television.

In current affairs (that's right, I'm up to date with my news), it seems Abu Hamza has been sentenced to 6-7 years for inciting racial hatred etc - I'm sure that will go down well.

You may or may not have guessed, but I am just sat here with the tv on behind me and just writing whatever I hear.

In other news, BP have... Hmm time to switch off the tv I feel. My head has become like an empty vessel. Well, I say "become like" - it is an empty vessel; I just use it or hat storage.

I'm going to register with some random job agency tomorrow called Brooke Street so they can find me some random job somewhere... random. Boy I sure am glad I spent 3 years getting a degree! Other than that I am just saving my pennies (of which I have precious few these days) for my following two weekends back in glorious Hull. I shall have to find out just how much my tolerance to alcohol has become similar to that of an 11 year old catholic school girl. I shall discover this in my usual, moderated and carefully considered manner. This generally involves drinking more than I used to back in the happy days when I drank regularly and then spending the following 12 hours full of regret and nursing a terrible hangover by supping on cans of Carlsberg.

Oh and whilst signing on (for dole) today I was informed that I had reached the time of my dreaded 13 week review. Basically after 13 weeks they meddle in your life and make things hell for you and annoy you constantly and after a while they will assign you with some shit job. So I was booked in for the first part of the torment, which is a 20 minute interview with one of their advisors. Fortunately for me however, they are so booked up that they couldn't fit me in for an appointment until the end of March. I therefore have about 6 weeks to get myself a job - the clock is ticking...

F**king Beauty and the Geek, it wasn’t as good as the original US season although saying that is like trying to compare a turd to a slightly less shitty turd, I rue the day I accidentally downloading that pilot I really do.

I also can’t believe that David Mitchell has lowered himself to do the narration for it, fingers crossed Channel 4 don’t commission him for the next series of peep show as punishment.

Maybe it’s because I find this kind of show so cringe worthy or because some of them strike so close to home, they are now really starting to piss me off (mind you what doesn’t these days).

Thank God something is happening to kick you up the arse on the job front and that the government isn’t just going to keep give you free money indefinitely.

I would comment on the video but the shitty lab workstations won’t load it so I’ll have to check it when I get home, I quite enjoyed the last one reminiscing of better times, so I hope I’m not disappointed :/

lol You know you love Beauty and the Geek really. It is pretty cringe worthy in places mind.

Damn those lab workstations. Glad you liked the last one - hopefully this one won't disappoint. T'was the work of a guest cameraman.

Look at the facts, it's a niche market and there needs to be a blog to fill that niche. You've found purpose, Andrew! I mean look ffs, I've never seen Ed write that much about ANYTHING, you're obviously onto a good thing.

Don't let me stop you. I don't understand it myself, but then I don't understand your videos (although imho, Rami does have rather a fine singing voice). There are large groups of (mainly unemployed) Beauty and the Geek fans out there. They should be your audience. Welcome to the internet.

    Filming 10/10
Editing 1/10 (1 was for random inserted clips that made me giggle)
Overall 3/10 (format of videos now boring, new footage needed)

Andy stop producing shit music videos and look for real work.
