I've just discovered the brilliance that is YouTube. This website allows you to upload videos of pretty much any format and then it converts them to a flash file and puts them on the internet for all to enjoy. Videos can be up to 100Mb in size and you can upload as many as you want and at the moment there is no time restriction as to how long they will be kept online. Best of all, it's completely free.
